Over ate feeling before and after

I keep hearing stories about how it hurts to over eat after sleeve. I'm pre-sleeve (sleeve date march 8) and overrating is my problem...I just over ate cereal by probably 3 or 4 servings. I never feel full eating cereal for some reason. I feel gross after eating that much and I am in a bit of discomfort. Please tell me it's much worse than this post sleeve!??? I need something to stop me from doing this to myself.

If you TRY to overeat with the sleeve you will be in excrutiating pain and will probably vomit and slime. This is definitely not the goal to have. You need to be more prepared for this surgery so you won't want to overeat. Seek councelling and guidance before you commit.

I haven't over eaten since surgery but there is now an internal trigger that tells you that you are getting full. If you know your body, you will put your fork down.
