I think about them being apart of a stepping stone so that you can reach your ultimate goal.

try flavors that before surgery you would have never drank. i have never been a chocolate person and now i want chocolate. my tastes buds have changed so much (i'm 8 days post-op). i'm also making mine with unsweetened silk almond milk and ice in the blender. hope this helps. :)

Experimenting with flavors has helped me. I also use the unsweetened almond milk, and add a tsp of sugar free pudding for flavor change. Here is one that I love- def like a milkshake:

1 scoop chocolate Protein ( I am using GNC Amp)

1 tsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

1/2 tsp creamy Peanut Butter (PB2 if you can find it)

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Ice and blend

I call is Reese's Cheesecake Amp. Lol
