Incision Pain After 4 Months

I had my surgery in early September. Incisions have healed and all pain pretty much went away around beginning of October. Went on a business trip, and sat on an airplane longer than expected wearing jeans that were still digging in a little around my waist around the largest incision site. Since then, the muscle underneath has been constantly hurting. Everytime I sneeze or move around in bed or get up from the couch, the muscle in that are hurts. Not a horrible pain, but an uncomfortableness. Is this normal? I have heard that sometimes the internal stitching can take longer to heal sometimes and am wondering if this is the case? Am thinking I need to talk to my PCP soon if it doesn't get any better. But has anyone else had internal incision pain months after their surgery??
