Medicare... Oregon... Washington

I'm haveing sleeve surgery in January 2013 if Medicare can make there decsion to cover it like they do the band and by pass surgerys I can find where they made the decsion in other States but not mine. Im having a hard time waiting on my doctors call to tell me and I keep calling Medicare and they don't know there has to be a web site that I can watch but can't find it only fi.d ones for other states that Medicare now covers each district makes its own decision please help I'm going crazy ...thanks , Debi
