changing me

I just had my surgery on 12/21/12. The holidays have been really hard. My family cooks big dinners for both Christmas and New Years Day. Of course I get to smell it only. That is no Fun

Rest assure, once you see the pounds fall off, you won't think twice about missing those dinners.

Most of my family events are food focused, too, and my family doesn't give a rat's ass about my struggle! {rolling eyes}

I have a food allergy that they don't bother with either, so not surprised.

Literally 6 tins of Cookies, which is my drug of choice. It was rough, but I persevered and refused them all!! I'm SO HAPPY to be back at my house and back in control of the food around me.
