Soda pop

I had my gastric sleeve 7 weeks ago. Will I ever be allowed to have a Diet Dr. Pepper again. I don't drink tea and I am tired of water flavors and juices are too sweet. Any suggestions?

reduce the amount of bubbles in the soda before drinking it. im only 9 days and dont miss it but that is only a suggestion. hope it helps.

  • I don't drink soda, so that's not an issue for me. However, when my kids were younger and had stomach viruses, I used to stir the ginger ale or coke with a spoon to get the bubbles out.
