12/12/12 anybody else?

I seem to be healing up pretty well. I lost 19 but somehow gained 2 pounds back. My tight stitch hast "popped" out yet. I still have glue on my inscisions. I can't wait to get back to the gym!! I'm losing all my muscle!!! Has anyone experienced lack cramps? It feels like a lack I potassium maybe?
