I'm not hungry so much, but I've really been craving carbs. Keeping to under 20 grams in a day is tough! I know how important it is to the overall surgical outcome to get the liver shrunk down as much as possible so I'm sucking it up and not cheating, but I'll sure be glad when it's over.

I'm on Pre-Op day #9 (6 days left) and I am already so OVER these shakes....(Vanilla Isopure & Premier). I wish I could just eat some Broccolli or green beans.... I'd be happy ;). Hang in there, we don't have much longer.

I am able to eat one low carb low fat meal a day. I could mot deal with only shakes. Im craving a bacon egg and cheese bagel with hash browns! Ahh! Lol

I had "banked" enough carbs yesterday that I was able to eat a whole tomato with dinner. I almost cried it was so good! :)
