milk problems

so tonight i tried to drink a 1/2c of skim milk just to get in a few extra grams of protein. it was soooo yummy but after about 10 minutes i started regurgitating it back up and it was like it was curdled. the same thing happened when i tried to have a few spoonfuls of plain greek yogurt. i have no problem with the milk in my protein shakes. wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

you could be lactose intolerant. i bought lactaid milk and some lactaid pills this week just in case i was. but luckily when i tried milk for my first time today i didn't get sick.

maybe take it easy and try some lactose pills? also are you taking ppis as well as nausea meds?
