Staple pain

My staples that are under my drain site are making my belly really red and hurtful with some puss. I think my belly is dropping causing them to pull out. Tomorrow is Christmas and then Wednesday is my follow up where they will remove everything. Do you think it is safe to wait until Wednesday? I don't want to ruin Christmas and spend it in the ER.

Sounds like you have an infection and its best to catch it as early as possible. They will probably not keep you in but give you a sugar free liquid anti biotic to clear it up. XXxxx

I talked to the Dr and he said wait it out until my post-op because I don't have a fever. We will see how it goes.

I went to Dr and everything is ok. The staples were put in a very bad way and I feel 100% better there. Thank God! I don't know how much more pain I could stand without pain mess.
