Congrats. I was sleeved 12/19. For the gas, I would do shoulder rolls and rubbed circles on my stomach to move it around. You can also use gas-x strips to. Are you eating already?? I'm on liquids until Wed;, then I can have strained soups, cream of wheat, eggs, yogurt w/o fruit. Things do get better. I have no pain, no nausea, and haven't had any trouble. Just do the best you can and try to get all your protein and liquids in so you don't dehydrate.

hi traci,

no i'm not eating yet, just liquids but i did start some sf/ff pudding today. gas problem is pretty much resolved but still sore around a few incesions. i had my gallbladder out too so they had to play around a little more when they got in. hoping to try some strained soups and yogurt tomorrow, good luck on your journey.
