Yes it feels great dropping the weight. I'm down 30lbs and I just had the surgery last Friday!!!! It's just soooooo hard!!! I want meat man!!! This is the hardest part for me!! Lmao!!! I kno it takes time tho to get to that point were u can eat a be ok. I'm just a baby in this VGS thing. My Dr told me no workn out for 6weeks!!!!! Smh

Worst part was gas pain

Gas pain? Not really having that but when I swallow anything all I do is burp!!!! Very annoying!! I kno it'll eventually get better or at least I'm hoping!!! And when I swallow I can feel the food when it makes it to my smaller new tummy. Kinda uncomfortable!!! Does that go away?

Please check the ingredients label to see if whey protein is the first ingredient. There have been some protein shots with the word "whey" in the name but were predominantly collagen protein. Not sure if these are the same ones but you should check.
