1 week out :D

So i had to consult my doctor today he said i am doing all fine so update on my weight loss

Highest weight 83.5 kgs

On the day of surgery 78/79 kgs (after pre op diet)

Current 74 kgs

So i was loosing like 1 kg a day from day 3 and my scale stopped moving day before yesterday which was so frustrating but my surgeon said its quiet normal for some people its like they loose weight drastically then it stops and then they start loosing again the other person who had his surgery on the same day said he lost only 3 kgs on the whole and thats when i said to myself i am doing well i haven't started taking in my Protein infact my doctor never suggested me take any protein i wonder why he just suggested me to take some Multivitamin today .....

Issues i am dealing with:-

1) dizziness - as lots of friends here told me its because i am not taking right amount of fluids...

2) tiredness :- which is also interlinked with my 1st issue

My diet :-

60 ml of unsweetened juice every meal or buttermilk tender coconut and broths and approximately 500 ml of Water for the day !

I am allowed to shift to pureed foods from next weak i am planning to have puddings fruit yogurt jello's fresh juice all unsweetened and low fat my surgeon said it takes 6 weeks for anyone to heal completely and not to do any sport or exercise that would give stress to your tummy or it might end up in heranya (sorry i donno how to spell it ) friends please dont hesitate to suggest me your ideas .......

This will pass at the 3 week mark. I don't have it anymore and I was like that also.
