I sleeved Nov 7 and I am 36 lbs down. My hunger had been good up until here recently. The last couple days I have been very hunger. Its been hard for me to stay away from grazing with the feeling. I'm cleared to eat whatever now. Any suggestions?

Try hard to stick to three meals, and two snacks. I found that the sleeve will definitely let you graze. At your meal eat protein. I have found that when I'm not eating a lot of protein I get hungry:). Good luck, you can do this!

I agree with livinglifeout. I still get hungry and I still graze after 8 months but I try to pick somewhat healthy grazing material. It doesn't always happen though.
