newly joined

had surgery in mid July and lost 15 pounds on post op liquid diet and soft food diet post op....just got my first fill today...not sure what to expect.... any advice

    How are you feeling otherwise? I'm getting banded on Nov. 23 and I'm so excited. I'm so scared of the pre and post diets. I hope I can stick to it.
