Help

I had surgery almost a month ago. I am at 30 pounds lost and have been the same weight for 10 days. I am not over eating and I am working out 5 days a week. I try hard to get 60 grams of protein but sometimes it is a struggle when I work full time and busy! :) any tricks?! Thanks

Congratulations! I have found the unjury chicken Soup (www.Unjury.com) to be a great way to get in 21 grams of protein in 8oz. For me it goes down really easy and tastes great.

Good luck

Your probably at a stall. IT happens. Happened to me. Amp up your exercise. That's the only way to get through it...!

Thanks everyone. Just got done at the gym and I will hit my treadmill tonight at home after work! I do have the bad habit of being in the darn scale every morning!?

You are not alone! I hit a still at 4 weeks FOR 2 weeks. It is frustrating but your body will continue to lose! Hang in there. Stalls are perfectly normal. Butterthebean (very experienced member on here) has a link in his signature which really helped me through the first few stalls. Let me pass it on to you! http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html
