  1. Oh yes noises! I am 5 months out now and I still get noises on occasion. My doctor told me it is normal
  2. I was sleeved at the end of November, I weight 265 and I have lost 55 pounds. I work out 5 days a week and all is well. I am going to start jogging/running because I am doing a couple 5k this summer!! Any suggestions?! Bought an arm band for running!! thanks sleeve friends!
  3. I would take the stool softener every other day to see if that helps. Even every three days.
  4. Thanks everyone. Just got done at the gym and I will hit my treadmill tonight at home after work! I do have the bad habit of being in the darn scale every morning!?
  5. I had surgery almost a month ago. I am at 30 pounds lost and have been the same weight for 10 days. I am not over eating and I am working out 5 days a week. I try hard to get 60 grams of protein but sometimes it is a struggle when I work full time and busy! any tricks?! Thanks Aahley

  7. I am from Petoskey Mi. I had the gastric sleeve 2 1/2 weeks ago and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have lost 28 pounds and feeling well.
  8. I am in for it as well Highest weight 280 Surgery weight 268 11-19 Current 253 Goal for Christmas is 240 Feeling good. Starting sifts food and ready to get back to the gym! The sleeve has been a great tool!
