Craving cabbage. Would it kill or stretch my stomach if I have some?

    I mixed some cabbage with my ground hamburger last week... I made sure it was tender, & I was fine. My surgery date was 11-5 ;)

    I had cabbage and smoked turkey sausage stew tonight. No problems. Got the recipe from the Bariatric Foodie website. I had surgery 10/30.

    It's bariatricfoodie.blogspot.com. Lots of great recipes by a woman who had gastric bypass.
