hi from MN

hi ...

I had my lap band on Aug 15th and have lost 50 pd since I started my journey...10 pds before my band and 40 since...just found the site tonight and it looks like a very supportive and informative source of information..I have a question about when a person know if you need to go in for a adjustment?
