Healing Incisions & Lotion?

So, how long after my surgery should I wait before using lotion on my tummy? Obviously the incisions have to heal before anything can touch them, how long did that take for you guys?

I waited till my steri-strips fell off from surgery. Then I started using Mederma on my scars and lotion. Hope this helps!

When the scabs fall off is what my surgeon said.

just a question i'm 14 days out and bandages removed i have two incisions that are puckered and two that are flat. does anyone else have that problem?
