light headed

Don't know if this is the right place for this topic....I am 4.5 months post op getting about 60 grams of Protein and 60 ounces of liquid. Working out about 5 times a week and get light headed pretty often dr says I'm dehydrated but drinking as much as I can. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions for certain foods to eat or vitimens to take?

Try drinking low sugar Gatorade or Powerade

You are not getting enough calories and you are dehydrating yourself
