How about walking? How many walks per day? How long?

I'm a month out and cleared for everything except weights and contact sport :) I am swimming, walking, tennis and running (training for 1/2 marathon) but I was fairly active and fit pre surgery. I exercise 4-5 days per week.

Did u say u were fit before surgery?? Dumb question...why did u need vsg if u were fit? Im slow lol please explain :-)

Not everyone that is fat is Unfit. You can have the heavier people who have a very slow metabolism Despite then working out its more the being fat from bad food habits them being Interactive.
