How do you know if food gets stuck?

I'm on soft foods and I get really full quick. I know I'm full when I feel food in my chest. So I stop after about 1/4cup or less. But I start thinking that maybe when I feel it in my chest that means its stuck??? Maybe I'm just confusing it with fullness.

You'll know. As soon as you start to feel full Stop eating. The first few days post op it took me an entire day to eat a sugar free Jello a week or so after that I could suck one of Those jellos back in a few mins. Then I started to push it. I ignored my body and kept eating and it felt like I was having a heart attack. I had to throw up to make the pain go away.
