yep, 3 weeks full liquid diet. "All liquids must be very thin. It must be able to flow through a strainer easily"...says to avoid Jello, pudding, yogurt, mashed potatoes, cooked cereals etc these 1st 3 weeks...Day 22-42=soft foods...or me...

I was told the same diet plan one week clear, second week thick liquids like mushroom soup third is soft diet

I would avoid chilli though too heavy too gass too soon
