How's it going? Are you doing optifast?? When is your surgery date?? Sorry for all the questions. I've seen you in other posts and you probably already said it, but there are so many people on here. :-)

I was sleeved last Wed. It was a 9 month journey for me. On one hand it seemed like it took forever and on the other it was only yesterday. I had two weeks of pre-op shakes and six 1/2 cup servings of certain things. After the 3rd day none of that was so bad. Just missed the real Thanksgiving but I had my family one on a Sunday before the pre-op started so I don't feel like I missed anything.
