Problem With Protein

Has anyone tried Proteinex? My doctor office recommended this to me because I haven't been able to get Protein in daily. Just wondering what you mix with it, or any other suggestions?

I haven't heard of that one. But I am sure there are plenty that I haven't heard of. Sorry.

I have not heard of that. But I use protidiet. 15 grams protein and 70 calories. Just add to water and tastes as good as crystal light.
