Having Issues With Liquids

I cant stomach water, not even the flavored kind. I got a box of sugar free hot cocoa and tried it this morning. It's too sweet and has an off flavor. I'm wondering if its these sugar substitutes thats altering the taste for me. I'm living on 1% milk. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sugar free popsicles, I drank a lot of warm decaff tea with splenda, and powerade zero. I hope you find something that works for you!!

I was sleeved a week ago and the only thing my stomach is really able to handle is Gatorade G2 at room temperature and even then I have to drink it slow. I have pretty much lived off of this all week! Still only getting about 20oz of fluid in a day but each day is a little better. I hope you are able to find something that works for you!

Sf jello. Warm broth. Decaf white tea with splenda and a drop of lemon. Pedialyte popsicles.

Celestial Seasonings Blueberry tea with some liquid splenda is my favorite. It has the most amazing aroma and tastes delicious.
