Back And Neck Aches

Have any of you gotten back or neck aches since the surgery? Back ache is in the middle of back. I think this is a direct result of my posture and not adjusting it to account for loss of about 150 lb. I am looking for some suggestions because it is achy all the time. I am thinking about visiting a chiropractor soon to see if some adjustments will help.

I've had terrible back pain, from the second I woke up from surgery. In fact, my stomach didn't worry me at all because my back hurt so much. I'm now 2 weeks post op and it is sill giving me grief. I can't see a chiro for another week or so but I think you should definitely go to one. You may be standing slightly different to what your body is used to from the weightloss and the chiro will straighten you right out =)

I've also had middle back pain...at first thought it was because I wasn't drinking enough water. But not sure what it is.....I'm 4 weeks post op. :/

I have the same problem. I'm 2 months post op and 46lbs down. A friend told me it's cause I don't have the core body strength anymore. Guess its time to hit the gym and start working out these muscles.

My back gets so bad it hurts to breathe. My doc is sending me to physical therapy. Hoping it helps.
