Help With Milk

Can anyone please tell me what Milk product is lighter on the stomach ? I cannot tolerate Milk since surgery. It seems to be heavy on the stomach sleeve. Even skim milk is to heavy.

I had that problem too. Finally at 3 months out I can tolerate unsweetened , original almond milk.

I tried Almond milk for the first time today to start making my pre op shakes tomorrow. I really love it!!

I didn't see unsweetened though, should the regular be ok?

Hi I saw regular has 15 or 17 grams of sugar
