Well .. I have now crossed to the other side .. The losers bench!!!! Got my sleeve yesterday, the doctor also repaired a hernia I didn't know I had. Minimal discomfort. Knock on wood.

  • 4 weeks later...

So how are y'all doing? I'm using dr Borland in February.

4 weeks out today and feeling great! :) A rough first week, but after that it has been an overall good process :)

Good luck, your surgery date will creep up on you much faster than you think!!!

Curious how much weight every one has lost this month? I lost 17 lbs. I had lost 20 but 3 lbs came back the beginning of week three and now I am stuck at the same weight week 3 and 4.

I started yesterday trying to eat every three hours to get more in and to keep my metabolism up. Focusing on the Protein and fluids. I did see the scal move from 261 to 260.4 so maybe that is going to help me get going again.

I used Dr. Borland for my sleeve on 12/5/12. I absolutely love my sleeve and Dr. Borland. I have had no problems, minimal discomfort and at 4 weeks out I have lost 22 pounds.

I am now on regular food (of course much smaller portions). Last night for supper I had pan seared catfish, topped with pan seared shrimp along with steamed squash and zucchini. Yum!
