Liquids:

Water 32-64 ounces a day

Protein Supplement drink using water or non-fat milk. I do this three times a day

Skim milk

Broth: chicken, beef or vegetable

Crystal light or any sugar free flavored water

Sugar free jell-o very liquidy

I also drink muscle milk twice a day as Snacks. Also Isopure is a good Protein Drink.

I'm 1 week post op and I cant drink broth anymore after the hospital. But now I'm home on full liquids I have cream soups, frozen yogurt (greek) protien drinks, sugar free popsicles, silk milk, crystal light, and mio. I can even tolerate cottage cheese with fruit.

It really depends on your stomach

It really depends on your surgeon. My surgeon allowed full liquids to include pudding, jello, milk, any strained soup, thinned cream of wheat and/or grits, water, crystal light, etc.

I'm allowed full liquids, anything that can go thru a strainer he said...

I have to do two weeks of this starting dec 7. I have a booklet that has a list of foods. I will post a list later today ( it is 3am and the book is in my car and I live in Maine bbrrrrr lol). It also includes some sample menu plans of what your day should look like.

I was sleeved on Nov. 15th and am supposed to be getting 48-64oz of liquid a day with 80grams of protein. I am no where close to that! I am allowed cream soups strained, broth, protein drinks, sugar free liquids, applesauce, pudding, and blended low sugar ice cream. I only get about 16oz of liquids a day and around 10grams of protein. The only things I can handle are watery drinks and either applesauce, pudding or blended ice cream and I only have those when I have to take my crushed up pills. I cant wait to be able to have even just a tiny bit more liquid a day.
