Dec 13 Sleeve Date

Hi everyone,

My 42 birthday present to myself is the first major step to improving my health. I have struggled with my weight all of my life even when I played junior college basketball I was still just shy of 200 pounds. I am a registered nurse who has seen all of awful things that can go wrong being morbidly obese and gastric bypass surgery. I chose life. I chose to live a fruit life, running after my 2 year old miracle toddler. I chose to fight against high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, and gerd. My loving husband of 8 years supports me in his own way, if you know what I mean. He is also morbidly obese and I pray that he doesn't

become a barrier. I am excited, anxious, and a little freighten but just a little. I hope to find support and friendship.
