Two Years And Still Going Strong.

Hey guys, its been two years, I had my sleeve on November 17, 2010. My Starting weight was 580 pounds. Today I'm at 260 pounds. I'm at a stand still on losing weight and I'm happy with that, I would like to get down to 240 but I'm not in a hurry, I can eat what I want and do what I want. I'm off most of my prescriptions, High blood pressure medicine, Cholesterol medicine, Diabetes medicine, I have more energy then I have ever had. This has been a roller coaster of emotions but it was the best thing that I have ever done. If anyone has any question feel free to ask me anything.

Wow that is some great progress!! Did u have any problems with loose skin? Was it difficult to not drink while eating?

The loose skin is a #@%, I think if I flap my arms fast enough I can fly...lol and the skin where my stomach use to be is the one that bothers me the most, I think thats has to be 40 pounds or more, but for now I have learned to live with it.. The not drinking while eating took some getting use to. What I do is have a glass of whatever I want while I eat, but only take sips from it as I eat, that way I dont worry about choking. When I go out to eat I always use to order water but I now order sugar free tea, Or I get a diet drink because they make you belch which gets rid of the air bubbles trapped in your stomach , the air bubbles make you feel so bad after you eat or it does me.
