Slowly Learning Portion Control - Nsv

I am a little over three weeks post op.. Today I made 1/2 cup of soup... and STOPPED with 3 tsp left... Since being allowed soft foods, it has really been hard for me to leave 2-3 tsp in the bowl... I would eat the "serving" and realize belatedly that it was the last bite or two that caused the pain and/or vomiting. I stopped... I feel fine (weird leaving only 2-3 bites) but feel physically fine!

Definitely a none scale victory!
