For those you following along: my wife, jenny, and I are still separated since just before my VSG Oct 8, but hopefully we are moving closer to reconciling. It was really good to see her tonight. hope things work out, must be hard for the kids too.

but............emotions can be rough - you can't give in to any "bad" thoughts, and over eat a little - you are at a tough time with your sleeve

your still getting used to each other - and you are being successful.....don't give in to the devil excess food

family is very important to you - i do hope things work out well - so you are all together again

but don't let that fridge call you - you are doing great!!!!
