I've read repeatedly here that Trish answers everyone's emails almost immediately. I'm not experiencing the same. Now I know she's only human and she has a busy job, but I've gotten responses aprox 24 hours later, not prompt like others

I'm not considering this a negative experience, but wondered if anyone DID have a negative experience with Trish/ponce.

*********eta- I just now saw the thread about "all things Ponce de leon. " I'll go heck that out too.

When I first contacted Trish it was about a day before I heard back from her I contacted her through facebook, and then she emailed me right away with the medical history forms and another form explaining everything. If you don't hear back try emailing again. Actually I think I just asked her a question on her facebook page first and then she facebook emailed me and then we went from there.

It would take a while for me to get replies too, and a few times she sent a reply but i didn't get it. You can always call her and tell her you sent her a mail. I'm still at the hospital here, but my experience has been great, surgery went awesome, Dr Ponce is very nice, the nurses are great...
