Tastes Really Do Change!

They really do!! I have always disliked any spicy foods, however mild. Even pepper was too much for me. I live in TX and I am definitely the odd man out in this regard. Tex-Mex is the king in this area. Well yesterday I tried a chipotle crab cake with poblano peppers. Just mildly spicy. I loved it!! Very, very odd.

This is very true. Even this far out, my taste likings haven't gone back to what it was before. So for me hasn't been temporary. Pre: Peanut/butter: Hated Post: Love it. Just one example.
