My Diet Tolerations

I have been back on a regular diet for a little over a week now and it feels awesome! But I am a little scared of how well I tolerate everything! I have no problems with Proteins, although I haven't tried beef and pork just yet of course.

I've had chicken, every Soup imaginable, coffee, potatoes, fish, shrimp, whole wheat toast, lobster, yogurt, mushrooms and much more. This week I've been starting to get hungry every 2-3 hours! My stomach is like an orchestra when I'm hungry. I always try and drink some Water though, to make sure it's not my head but it's usually real hunger. I guess my metabolism is faster??

I'm just wondering what everyone is eating one month out! Please let me know :)

I'm only 5 weeks out, but I get hungry every 2.5-3 hours. I will have half a Protein bar or yogurt or cheese as "snacks". My eating schedule is

8:00-breakfast..ham & cheese crustless quiches

11:00-lunch...3 oz deli turkey and 1-2 laughing cow light Swiss cheese

2:00- snack

And dinner is not always I set time so I only allow myself one "snack" per day.

Did you guys notice the weight not coming off as much now that you can eat what you want?

How big are your portions? My doc said to eventually get to eat every 3-4 hours but since my portions will be so small it should be fine, as opposed to now (well pre liquid pre-op diet) when sometimes I eat three huge meals and plus 1-2 snacks.
