Anyone Else Going Through This?

So I'm in month five now... My surgery is tentatively scheduled for 1/2/2013 (moved it two days b/c I'm going with a MUCH lower deductible insurance selection next year). So that means liquid diet starts around 12/18-ish... Now I'm thinking "I'll not be able to eat this ever again... I'm going to have some now..." and I'm supposed to be on the supervised weight loss program.. problem is im only going up and down a couple of pounds each visit. It's getting harder to focus on losing weight through diet b/c I keep thinking "ooh I want this tonight" or "ooh I want that tonight" etc. Anyone else understand what I'm saying and where I'm coming from? lol

Before my surgery I had the same struggle. I went about it a little differently though, I allowed myself to have what I wanted, but I only ate 1/2 of it. If in a restaurant, I only ate about 1/4th of

I know exactly what you are going through. I feel like I am in limbo right now in my steps to the surgery. I jumped all the hoops and my nutritionist said we can start the first phase of the steps we have to take to the just shake diet (2 weeks of it prior to surgery) but I don't have a surgery date ye,t so I don't want to "give up" food yet. So, yeah, I've been eating whenever, whatever I want, which is so bad. I've done that my whole life. I am pretty sure, though, that when I know the date of surgery, I will be able to buckle down. You will be too, I'm sure.

Hey anybody going to Mexico is January 3 to have surgery in Tijuana. Let me know
