6 Weeks Post Op

Hello fellow sleevers...hope everyone is doing good! I have a couple of questions to ask anyone. First....I am 6 almost 7 weeks post op & was wondering if is ok or has anyone eaten salad yet & how was it tolerated?? I am craving a salad(who would have thought) LOL. My book says by week 6 you can have lettuce but with v&o dressing (actually 5 sprays?) LOL!! Also, The first month I did really good on losing, 43lbs to be exact, but when I weighed myself the other day...according to the scale I had gained like 4lbs...Not sure how that can happen since I cant eat a lot yet, Is this normal or has anyone experienced this?? I got really discouraged, I wish I had never stepped on that scale..LOL! Thanks for your input :)

I ate small amts of salad & did fine. Just try it slowly. I have lost about the same amount of weight & am little over 8 weeks out. I have been up & down a few lbs .... Had a small stall. I think your body just takes time to re-adjust then kicks back in. I pretty much eat anything I want in small amts. GoodLuck
