Hang in there! it will be all worth it! this has been the best decision ever. My life has changed for the better. I had to give up a lot but I will do it again. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. I get sad thinking of all the time I lost staying trap under my food addiction.

I was going to attend a seminar at Brooklyn bariatric unfortunately it was canceled do to Sandy (hurricane)...Also haven't had good feed back in regards to BB center... Then the hospital my pcp is affiliated with doesn't have any appointment until Feb 2013. It feels like a life time. Thanks for your motivation... Fyi I can't open your pictures.

Just remember: this is a marathon, not a sprint. I started to get impatient until i figured out why. All other diets I was in a hurry bcs I was afraid i'd give up, lose my motivation, before I'd lose all the weight. And i usually did. I haven't gotten that feeling w the sleeve. I am taking advantage of this time to learn to eat and love myself again. And at 51, I have a LOT of years to make it up!
