Uuugh Totally Cheated

I feel so bad...I cheated today...all these parties for the kids...and I had a salad... :( hoping it doesn't screw things up :( I have lost about 16 lbs on preop...but now freaking out. My surgery is monday .

The preop diet is about shrinking the liver, one salad won't undo that. That said, get back with the program, you can do this!

Anyway, there's nothing to worry about. Before my op I just had to do liquids only for one day and my surgery went perfectly. I can't imagine a salad would be that detrimental.

I just ate a can of fat free refried beans, my surgery is Tue....I am not too worried.

i know it sounds silly...it was a grilled chickenceasar salad with the works...i felt guilty...it was followed by a few fries...just paranoid
