Pump Up The Vanilla?

Have any of you post surgery ever used MIO to add a new flavor to vanilla protein shakes....would this work? Also has anyone used the glycerna thats made for diabetics.....i have hypoglysemia

    I have heard of crystal light, so I think that would work. I actually think that would be a great idea using MIO. Experiment and let us know!

    Ive heard of someone using the orange tangerine with vanilla protein powder and it tasted like a creamcicle! Yum! I love mio, I def plan to try it!

    Glucerna is for diabetics because it keeps blood sugar down. Don't know if it would be good for low blood sugar. Ask you doctor. K
