Congrats on your accomplishment...i know you are a inspiration to all of us reading your post...i am pre op myself...hoping for a march surgery date....our stats are same so I hope im as succesful:)

Ive heard and read that sometimes after the sucessful weight loss marriages or relationships end...they blame the patient..maybe they should blame themselves for being unsupportive jacka**es......thankfully so far my hubby is supportive

Its a fried ball like cornbread but usually has onion or jalepeno in it

Have any of you post surgery ever used MIO to add a new flavor to vanilla protein shakes....would this work? Also has anyone used the glycerna thats made for diabetics.....i have hypoglysemia

It was suggested at my group meeting that we keep a journal, Ive found it does help me to vent frustrations and express my fears and thoughts...my sleeve wont be until March.....Im learning alot from this site and thank you all for being.forthcoming throughout your experiences:)
