Greek Yogurt

I'm trying to drop about 50 lbs preop to lower my BMI which lowers my risk and my price. I finally found a Greek yogurt I like. Dannon Light and Fit. 12g of Protein and 80 calories. I think I will rely on it postoperative to ensure I get my protein, once my sleeve can handle it.
