Drinking Water

When will drinking Water get easier? If I even take a small sip I still get these, what feels like, hunger pains a few minutes later and my surgery was Sept. 11th of this year.

I used to love drinking water, but now I dread it. :( So unhealthy.

The straw is working great! I was able to get down a whole bottle of Water today. Thank you so much for the tip. I was missing my water. :-)

You are very welcome! Glad to know you are doing better!

I agree with tryin it at different temp. How about peppermint tea? It's soothing and if u have warm or hot liquids, there is less of a chance that u will chug it.

And with the crystal lights, I am finding them too sweet. I was putting 1 single serving pack in a bottle of 500mls Water, now I put that packet in 1,000mls of water and can tolerate the taste.

I use the sugar free mix, but I still want plain 'ol water.

Drinking with the straw has worked. :-)
