Two Days Post-Op

I really can't say that I feel too bad. I don't think I felt this good after having the band done.

I'm just curious if anyone else has brief periods of chills and then will be warm again?

I did. And I ran a low-grade fever, for about two or three weeks, along with the fits of chills. They never found the reason - tested for leaks and infection, found nothing. It eventually went away, although I still freeze to freakin' death but only at night in the bed.

That said, keep an eye on your temperature. Just because I or someone else had a low-grade temp but no complications doesn't mean everyone will be so lucky.

Good luck!

I thought I had read or heard someone say they tend to feel cold more since surgery. I'm generally warm all the time, nurses kept trying to give me blankets but I was too warm while in hospital.

Yup. I ALWAYS ran hot. Since February, I don't think I've really gotten hot, even living in the desert in the summertime! I weathered the summer very nicely because of it. Now I'm freezing again. I like it! It helps when you're menopausal ;)

Lucky you... .I had awfull reflux 2 days post-op...
