Going Out With Friends

So I'm about 1 wk post op and I'm out with my friends and they are all drinking which is nothing new I'm used to that part but the part that is getting me is now they are all eating munchies. I'm not hungry and I'm good with drinking my water. But the thing is it smells so good. Any suggestions on things I could do to help with the feeling?!?

I am 5 weeks out and it is hard period. I have gone out a few times with friends at resturants and I order their soups, while they eat everything. I just remember protein and keep on track. Plus anything eles will make me sick. So still go but maybe tell your self ahead of time you can do it. Or don't go???! I try to avoid situations like this. (:
