Hello all. I went to a seminar a few months ago and found out that my *** had an exclusion. I was waiting patiently till my new enrollment period so I could switch to a PPO. Well, now both plans have added exclusions for 2013. I am so disappointed. I would consider self pay but it is a hard pill tt swallow when I have what is considered a Cadillac plan
