My doctor has ordered a b12 supplement post op. I've taken in the past & did notice a lil difference in my energy levels.

I've been using a sublingual B12 tablet since a month after surgery, and noticed an improvement in energy almost immediately. I've never missed a dose, and don't intend to! :)

I take a B12 shot every month and it keeps my energy level higher than it would be without it...

I have taken B12 shots for years because I have pernicious anemia. I just started on the sub lingual tablets this past week because my husband is traveling so much, he isn't here to give me shots. With the shots I can definitely tell when I need them. I get foggy headed and restless legs. We will see how I do with the sublingual. My surgeon said it shouldn't be a big difference.

I am a believer in B12 shots. They make me feel amazing. I have a regular rotation to get them at mr doctor's office. I don't have to schedule an appointment, just call on my way to the office.

Hi just wanted to find out what are the best vitamins to take and I'm out of the fusion shake mix.. I'm a week 1/2 out the only place around is Gnc.. what should I buy?

Dont know if a CVS is near by....but they have their sublingal B12 micro lozenges on sale BOGO. I buy the 1000 mcg. How much did your doctor recommend for you?
